Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm
Check-out is anytime before 11:00 am.
Late check out might apply extra fee and must be approved by hotel management .
- All reservations must be guaranteed on a major credit card at the time of reserving a room.
- A Deposit equal to 50% of the reservation value is required at the time of booking.
- A $50.00 general deposit will be taken at the time of heck in. This deposit is refundable the day of check out less any charges incurred during your stay.
- From June - December a daily resort fee of $30, plus tax, will be added to your nightly rate. This includes a continental breakfast, in-room Nespresso coffee service, complimentary WIFI, beach towel, Frete robe, umbrella, beach parking permit, bike rental, and Rose hour.
- Cancel by 3 PM EST at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of your prepaid deposit.
- Cancel by 3 PM at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid having full room reservation charged to your credit card.
- For any cancellation made within 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a full 100% charge for room, taxes and fees.
- Early Departure does NOT guarantee a refund of any kind. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE. We realize that cancellations are sometimes beyond your control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
- "No show"reservations are subject to 100% non refundable payment of total room charge.
- Pets are allowed in designated rooms only, call to 631-477-5939 for arrangements to secure a Pet-Friendly room.
- Pet-Friendly accommodations will not be guaranteed without direct conversation with the property.
- One pet per room, must be under 50 pounds and good behavior.
- A Non-Refundable $65 Pet Fee will apply to the reservation.
American Beech is non-smoking hotels. Smoking inside the facility is subject to a $250 fee.
